Helen Wiley Manager, Chief Executive's Office

Helen Wiley has worked with George Shweiry for over 20 years, having started her career at the London-based investment banking boutique Capital Trust in 1997, and has been with Arlington since inception in 2012. Helen is responsible for the management of all operational support services and acts as a gatekeeper to the CEO’s office. She provides the interface between the various deal teams during and post-acquisition and ensures the smooth delivery of workstreams both internally and with third-party advisors.
